• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order. Delays are usually caused by Out of Stock items that we are waiting to be replenished.
• Undeliverable / Refused packages may be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of Caseology.
• Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund, under any circumstance.
• All costs of shipping, including freight and handling are payable at check-out. However, all other fees such as customs, duties, tax, VAT, GST, etc. are the responsibility of the Buyer.
• Shipments will not be processed until invoice amount plus shipping cost is paid in full and Caseology receives a wire-transfer receipt in PDF form via email at dealersupport@caseologycases.com.

In the event CASEOLOGY™ approves a return of goods, there shall be a thirty percent (30%) restocking fee charge of the original purchase price for all goods returned. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, goods will not be accepted for return if they are not in their original packaging along with all associated accessories. In addition, buyer (or "Dealer") shall pay all shipping charges for the return of goods. HEAVILY DISCOUNTED products are final sale and can not be returned for any reason whatsoever.
